On August 16th, the price trend of PA in the South China region stabilized, and downstream factories maintained their demand for essential purchases. High end transactions were hindered, and the mainstream price for OX method sources in the market was negotiated at 7,500-7,700 RMB/ton, while the mainstream price for naphthalene method sources was negotiated at 7,300-7,400 RMB/ton.

The price of naphthalene PA was stabilizing, the downstream plasticizer market was rebounding and rising, the price of OX was stabilizing, the operation of commercial facilities was stable, downstream demand was average, and on-site sales were average.
