According to foreign media reports, data released by the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) shows that the estimated global cotton production for 2024/2025 is 25.6204 million tons, an increase of 6.2% year-on-year, and the estimated production for 2023/2024 is 24.123 million tons.
The estimated global cotton ending inventory for 2024/2025 is 18.3429 million tons, a decrease of 1.2% year-on-year. The estimated ending inventory for 2023/2024 is 18.5627 million tons.
