November 27 2024 09:20:21SunSirs(John )

Price trend

According to data monitored by SunSirs, as of November 25th, the average price of domestic industrial grade high-quality cyclohexane was 77,633.33 RMB/ton. As of November 25th, the domestic cyclohexane market was operating narrowly and weakly, with market transaction prices maintained at around 7,500 RMB/ton. As of November 25th, there was sufficient spot supply of cyclohexane, and follow-up was cautious.

Analysis review

In terms of cost: As of November 25th, the upstream benzene market was mainly operating at a high level, with a narrow range and strong operation, and the cost pressure was not reduced. The downstream market was mostly purchasing on demand, and there was no pressure on inventory. The market was mainly operating at high prices. The benzene prices of Sinopec's refineries in East and South China were stable at 7,250 RMB/ton, and the price was implemented from November 20th.

Downstream aspect: The price of cyclohexanone in the downstream market fluctuated narrowly and strongly, with a slight rebound in price operation. The overall market supply was stable, and on-demand procurement was the main focus. The hydration method production capacity of the cyclohexanone plant in Luxi Chemical was 600,000 tons, and the oxidation plant of 100000 tons was shut down. Cyclohexanone mainly used for its own production of CPL.

Market outlook

The cyclohexane analyst from SunSirs believes that there was temporarily support for upstream prices, but downstream demand was insufficient and the supply side was loose. It is expected that the trend of cyclohexane will be maintained in the short term.
