On January 6th, the price of copper futures in Shanghai rose slightly. The main contract 2502 closed at 73,600 RMB/ton, up 580 RMB/ton, or 0.79%. At 3:00 pm on the same day, the March copper price in London was 8,868.00 US dollars per ton, and the ratio of Shanghai to London was 8.30, higher than the previous trading day's 8.29. The Shanghai copper futures rose more than the London market.
All contracts were traded in 162,220 lots, and the position decreased by 12,755 lots to 407,557 lots. The main contract sold 75,358 lots, and the position decreased by 9,277 lots to 151,602 lots.
