The price of EVA raw materials is steadily rising, with cost support. Some EVA experts have raised their listing prices after the holiday, and the market is stable and waiting to see. Downstream production has not yet recovered after the holiday, resulting in weak demand for EVA.

The prices of raw materials ethylene and vinyl acetate are steadily rising, while the cost of EVA is supported. As of February 11th, the price of ethylene in the East China market has remained stable at around 7,600 RMB/ton; The price of vinyl acetate has risen to around 5,925 RMB/ton, significantly higher than the pre holiday price of 5,700 RMB/ton.

On the demand side, the downstream factory starts at a low level after the festival, and the market turnover is light. However, with the continuous rework after the RMBxiao (Filled round balls made of glutinous rice-flour for Lantern Festival) Festival, the downstream demand is expected to gradually increase.

The future forecast shows that overall, raw material prices are stable and rising, which supports the EVA market.
