The downstream demand in the coating market was lukewarm, and market transactions were relatively weak.
Market outlook
This week, the five major steel varieties supplied 8.4226 million tons, an increase of 62,500 tons or 0.7% compared to the previous week. The total inventory of the five major steel products was 18.7912 million tons, an increase of 149,800 tons on a week on week basis, with a growth rate of 0.8%. The weekly consumption of the five major varieties was 8.2728 million tons, an increase of 4.1% compared to the previous period; Among them, building materials consumption increased by 12.7% month on month, and sheet consumption increased by 0.6% month on month.
Considering the arrival of the off-season, although most factories' costs continued to rise, their shipping mentality continued, and their offers remained strong at high levels. This week, most of the domestic facilities started working normally, but production and sales have not yet balanced, and inventory was accumulating.
