On March 26th, the commodity price index BPI was 900 points, unchanged from yesterday, down 32.99% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and up 36.36% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.

According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on March 26, 2025, there were a total of 43 commodities that showed a year-on-year increase in commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical sector (16 in total) and the steel sector (7 in total). The top three commodities with the highest increase were antimony (4.80%), bromine (3.85%), and propylene glycol (1.67%). There were a total of 39 products that experienced a month on month decline, mainly in the chemical industry (13 in total) and non-ferrous metals (8 in total). The top 3 products with the highest decline were DMF (-3.79%), liquid ammonia (-3.76%), and PA66 (-1.43%).
