Supply side: Construction resumed and supply increased

The early maintenance equipment has been gradually restored, and the capacity utilization rate of the domestic PA industry has been improved, as well as the capacity utilization rate of the naphthalene PA industry; The utilization rate of production capacity in the domestic PA industry showed low fluctuations, with little overall change. The overall supply of PA in the market has increased.

Demand side: DOP market was fluctuating and falling

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of April 14th, the DOP price was 8,159.17 RMB/ton, a fluctuating decrease of 1.56% from the April 7th DOP price of 8,288.75 RMB/ton. The buying atmosphere in the plasticizer market remained weak, the inventory in the plasticizer market was stable, DOP devices were mostly in production reduction mode, the demand for PA is decreasing, and the pressure to lower PA prices is increasing.

Raw material prices sharply declined, and cost of PA decreased

In April, the price of OX was 7,100 RMB/ton, a decrease of 200 RMB/ton or 2.74%. The cost of PA has significantly decreased, and the support for the rise of PA has weakened.

Market outlook
