Price trend

On April 16th, the price of soda ash in East China remained stable, with the mainstream market for light soda ash at around 1,280-1,500 RMB/ton. Compared to the price on April 14th, the price was lowered by 40 RMB/ton; The mainstream market for heavy soda ash was around 1,400-1,500 RMB/ton, with a price reduction of 50 RMB/ton compared to the price on April 14th.

Analysis review

The utilization rate of production capacity on the supply side was relatively high, the market supply of goods was sufficient, and the downstream enthusiasm for purchasing soda ash was not high. A small amount was followed up on demand, resulting in weak market transactions.
