Price trend

According to the data monitored by SunSirs, the average price of nitric acid in East China at the beginning of this week was 1,433 RMB/ton, and the average price at the weekend was 1,450 RMB/ton, up 1.16%.

Analysis review   

Product: This week, the price of concentrated nitric acid was basically stable, with some small increases. Jiangsu Hongze Yinzhu Chemical offered 1,250-1,300 RMB/ton, which was the same as last week; Wenshui Synthetic Chemical offered 1,580 RMB/ton, which was the same as last week; Anhui Jinhe offered 1,300-1,350 RMB/ton, which was 50 RMB/ton higher than last week; Shandong Helitai Chemical Co., Ltd. offered 1,700 RMB/ton, the quotation was unchanged from last week; the demand for nitric acid was light, and local trading was acceptable.

Industrial chain: Upstream liquid ammonia, according to the monitoring of SunSirs, this week fell 5.95%, limiting the space for nitric acid prices to increase; downstream aniline, according to the data of SunSirs' list, this week, the price of aniline increased slightly. On June 5, the price of aniline in Shandong was 4,400-4,490 RMB/ton, and the price of aniline in East China was 4,500-4,820 RMB/ton; On June 12, the price of aniline in Shandong was 4,500-4,590 RMB/ton, and the price of aniline in East China was 4,600-4,820 RMB/ton, an increase of 100 RMB/ton from last week, an increase of 2.26%, which boosted the price of nitric acid; downstream TDI, prices have stabilized this week.

Market outlook
