China NBR market continued to decline last week (April 19-23). According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the price of NBR was 21,566 RMB/ ton as of April 23, down 3.00% compared with the price of 22,233 RMB/ ton at the beginning of the week.

Last week, the factory price of NBR was adjusted individually. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of April 23, Lanzhou Petrochemical NBR N41E reported at 18,200 RMB/ ton, down 1,400 RMB/ ton; 3305E reported at 21,200 RMB/ ton; 3308E reported at 21,600 RMB/ ton. At present, according to the monitoring of SunSirs, the mainstream market of Lanhua nitrile 3305 was 20,800-21,300 RMB/ ton, that of Nandi 1052 was 24,500-25,000 RMB/ ton, that of Russia 3365 was 19,000-19,200 RMB/ ton, and that of South Korea LG6250 was 20,000-20,500 RMB/ ton.

The price of butadiene decreased slightly and the support of cost side was weak. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of April 23, the price of butadiene was 6,637 RMB/ ton, down 0.88% from 6,696 RMB/ ton at the beginning of the week.

SunSirs NBR analysts believe that although the cost side is weak, but the overall start-up of enterprises is not high, the relative pressure on the supply side is not big, and it is expected that the NBR offer will stop falling and stabilize in the future in China.
