Price trend

Last week (April 19-25), the domestic liquid ammonia market saw a slight upward trend. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the weekly increase of liquid ammonia was 1.39%. After some manufacturers and regions adjusted their prices last week, the market prices did not change much at the beginning of this week, and the market stabilized.

Analysis review  

The price of liquid ammonia in Shandong rose slightly. The current supply inventory pressure in this area is acceptable, but the region is in the stage of accumulation. Today, the price of liquid ammonia in some large factories in Shandong has risen by 50-100 RMB/ton, and the inventory pressure of manufacturers is acceptable. The regional mainstream price is 3,650-3,800 RMB/ton. At present, manufacturers in the region have moderate production of liquid ammonia, and the overall inventory pressure in the region has stabilized. It is expected that prices will stabilize in the near future.

The price of liquid ammonia in Hebei increased slightly. The current supply inventory pressure in this region has not changed much compared with the previous period. The quotations of major manufacturers on weekends have risen slightly, ranging from 50-70 RMB/ton. The inventory pressure of manufacturers is still acceptable. The mainstream price in this region is 3,650- 3,750 RMB/ton. At present, the manufacturer's installation of liquid ammonia production is moderate, and the overall inventory pressure in the region is not large. It is expected that the price will be stable and upward in the near future.

Market outlook

Looking at the market outlook, the domestic liquid ammonia supply and demand pressure is not strong, some large factories resume work, the contradiction of tight supply has been alleviated, and the demand remains stable. It is expected that the price of liquid ammonia will maintain a narrow adjustment in the near future.
