1. Rapeseed market price trend

The average price of rapeseed at the end of the month was 5960 yuan/ton, and the average price of rapeseed at the beginning of the month was 5950 yuan/ton, an increase of 0.17%.

2. Market analysis

At the end of the month, domestic net rapeseed prices in Hubei area are 2.98-3.05 yuan/kg; Anhui area is 2.95-3.05 yuan/kg; Jiangsu area is 2.9-2.93 yuan/kg; Sichuan area is 3.15-3.16 yuan/kg. Rapeseed market demand is flat, and the goods are in general, and traders are not enthusiastic about receiving goods.

In terms of imported rapeseed, there are statistics. From January to June 2021, domestic rapeseed imports were only 1.248 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 204,000 tons. Domestic rapeseed stocks are at a low level. As of July 23, domestic rapeseed stocks were 205,000 tons, much lower than the 325,200 tons and 468,000 tons in the same period in 2019 and 2020.

3. Forecast

The downstream demand for rapeseed is limited, and the price may be weaker.
