The ex factory quotation of paraformaldehyde (96) including tax was 5900-6000RMB/ton, which was 100RMB/ton higher than last week, boosted by the rise of methanol. On March 23, Zibo Qixing Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. had an annual output of 10000 tons of paraformaldehyde. The ex factory quotation of paraformaldehyde (96) including tax was 5500RMB/ton, the price was the same as that of last week, and the goods sold in the market were general. On March 22, Shandong aldehyde Industry Chemical Co., Ltd. had an annual output of 30000 tons of paraformaldehyde. The ex factory tax quotation of paraformaldehyde (96) was 5800RMB/ton, which was flat compared with the last time. The goods in the paraformaldehyde market were acceptable.

According to the monitoring data of business agency, the average price of domestic methanol production enterprises was 3045RMB/ton on March 23 and 2787RMB/ton on March 18, an increase of 9.24%.

Methanol market rose to support, but affected by the epidemic, the market took goods in general, and paraformaldehyde analysts in business cooperatives expected that the rising space of paraformaldehyde was limited.
