SunSirs: The Price Of Eggs Falls Due To Negative
November 15 2019 14:42:57SunSirs(Eva)

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the price of eggs at the beginning of this week was RMB 10.70 yuan / kg, and the price of eggs at the end of this week was RMB 9.99 yuan / kg, down 6.64%.

Product: at present, the price of pig has a short-term decline, and the current price of RMB 36 yuan / kg still has a significant limiting effect on downstream consumption. Under the "increase" of pig price, eggs can still run above RMB 4.5 yuan / Jin in the off-season. Once the help of pigs weakens or disappears, the contradiction between supply and demand in the egg market will appear.

Under the dual pressure of seasonal off-season consumption and pig price, the fluctuation range of egg price is deepened again, and the purchasing link is still cautious. However, with the deepening of the cold air in the country, the national egg poultry enters the off-season of winter egg production, and the situation of tight egg supply will gradually appear.

Industrial chain: in October, the number of laying hens in China increased by 11.48% year-on-year and 2.88% month on month. At this rate, egg production is likely to increase by more than 20% by the second quarter of next year. At the same time, the reserve chicken increased by 4.64% month on month, up 30.73% year on year. In addition, the chicken seedlings are expected to be hot, and the future egg supply growth has enough sustainability.

Forecast: there may be adjustment of short-term egg spot, which will lead to a fall in eggs. However, due to the high price of meat protein, it is expected that it will be difficult to return to last year's level, and the short-term trend is still dominated by wide oscillation.
