Analysis review
In the 2021/22 crushing season, 58 sugar mills in Guangxi have harvested and squeezed, a year-on-year decrease of 16; a total of 49.639 million tons of sugarcane has been squeezed, an increase of 659,000 tons over the same period of last year; the output of mixed sugar is 6.0462 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 205,100 tons; the sugar production rate was 12.18%, a year-on-year decrease of 0.58 percentage points.
Market outlook
It is expected that in the short term, the price of Zhengzhou white sugar futures will be dominated by shocks and strong trends.
