2.Cause analysis

In November, the number of grain sources available for circulation at the grass-roots level decreased, and the domestic wheat market price continued to rise. Policy wheat has been out of the warehouse. With the support of policy and demand, the domestic wheat market price continues to be slightly stronger this week.

At present, the price of domestic wheat market has risen to a high level, the willingness of the main body of grain storage trade to go out of the warehouse has increased, the low processing profit of flour industry has led to the decline of the enthusiasm of manufacturers to raise prices and replenish the warehouse, the game between supply and demand, and the lack of motivation for wheat prices to continue to rise.

Policy: the lowest purchase price Wheat Trade Fair held on November 13 is planned to trade 2986579 tons of domestic wheat, 96124 tons of domestic wheat, with a transaction rate of 3.21%. The highest price is RMB 2370 yuan / ton, the lowest price is RMB 2290 yuan / ton, and the average transaction price is RMB 2336 yuan / ton.
