According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the price of isopropanol rose slightly this week. The average price of isopropanol in China was 7125 RMB/ton last Thursday and 7150 RMB/ton this Thursday. The price increased by 0.35% during the week.

2、 Market analysis

Last week, the domestic isopropanol market fell slightly. At present, the orders of isopropanol manufacturers are still mainly for export. Domestic market transactions are still cold. Downstream enquiries are average, stay on the sidelines and take the goods carefully. Up to now, most of the quotations of Shandong isopropanol are about 6900-7000 RMB/ton; Most of the quotation ranges of Jiangsu isopropanol are about 7200 RMB/ton; Most quotations of isopropanol in Zhejiang are about 7200 RMB/ton. Internationally, on May 17, the isopropanol market in the United States closed stable, while the isopropanol market in Europe closed down.

As for raw acetone, the price of isopropanol rose this week. The average price of acetone in China was 5800 RMB/ton last Thursday, and 5860 RMB/ton this Thursday. The price increased by 1.03% during the week. At present, the purchasing power in the market is limited, and the goods holders are watching the market. The low price sentiment of the goods holders is not high, and the offer is advancing steadily.

As for the raw material propylene, the market price of propylene fell. The average price of domestic propylene last Thursday was 8486.6 RMB/ton, and the average price last Thursday was 8121.6 RMB/ton. The price fell by 4.3% during the week. The supply of propylene in the market has increased, and the market demand is dominated by just demand. The downstream enterprises are still cautious in overall purchase and maintain production. The overall demand is relatively weak, and it is expected that the propylene market will mainly consolidate at a low level in the near future.
