Price dynamics: on June 7, Sinopec North China: Qilu Petrochemical offered 9350 RMB/ton, Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical offered 9300 RMB/ton;

East China: Yangzi Petrochemical offers 9500 RMB/ton;

South China: Hainan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. offers 9400 RMB/ton;

Central China: Wuhan ethylene offers 9500 RMB/ton, Changling Refining & Chemical offers 9500 RMB/ton;

Others: Dongming Petrochemical offers 9500 RMB/ton, HSBC Petrochemical offers 9350 RMB/ton, Weilian chemical offers 9503 RMB/ton, Xinhai Petrochemical offers 9600 RMB/ton, and Hongrun Petrochemical offers 9650 RMB/ton.

Analysis and comments: in terms of crude oil, the United States gave Venezuela a "green light" for oil transportation to Europe in order to fill the gap of Russia's oil embargo, and the international oil price fell slightly.

Today, Dongming Petrochemical raised the price of  benzene by 100 RMB/ton, Xinhai Petrochemical raised the price of benzene by 200 RMB/ton, and Weilian chemical raised the price of  benzene by 250 RMB/ton.

Due to the high external price, there were few imported cargoes in East China port, and the inventory of  benzene in East China port fell to a low level, down 54000 tons compared with the same period last year. The port still maintained the de stocking status in the short term. The low deliverable inventory led to the continuation of the short market, and the short-term  benzene price was strong. Today, the price of  benzene in China is 9200-9650 RMB/ton.
