As of the 11th, the average price of HRB400 deformed steel bar in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai was about 4766.67 RMB/ton, down 0.63% from the beginning of the week; The average price of HPB300 high-speed wire was 5078 RMB/ton, down 0.82% from the beginning of the week.

Near the weekend, the price of high-speed wire is slightly loose, such as Jiujiang, Beitai, etc  The price of Ф6.5-10mm high-speed wire is 4890-4930 RMB/ton. The mainstream price of deformed steel bar has fallen slightly. At present, the base price of Huanghai and Binxin is about 4630-4670 yuan. The quotation of Zhongtian and Yonggang is 4750-4790 RMB/ton.

Inventory and production

Last week, stocks of rebar and wire rod decreased. Near the weekend, it was cloudy and rainy, and the market transaction was blocked. In order to stimulate the shipment, some resources dropped by a large margin. At present, the cost support is strong, and the steel mills are active in supporting prices. Once the demand recovers and accelerates, the transaction is expected to be released in a centralized manner, and the line screw price may have room to rise at that time. It is expected that the short-term line snail market will be dominated by strong shocks.
