On June 13, the average domestic market price of PVC5 type was 8,556.25 RMB/ton, an increase of 1.08% over the previous trading day and a year-on-year decrease of 6.23%.

Analysis review

The futures fell from a high level, the spot market followed the downward trend, and downstream purchases continued to maintain rigid demand. Buyers and sellers negotiated cautiously and maintained a wait-and-see state and the attitude of the industry was not good. As of the 13th, the price of raw calcium carbide was around 3,750-4,050 RMB/ton, and the price of PVC was 8,250-8,700 RMB/ton.
