Price trend

On July 15, the domestic comprehensive price of urea was 2,638 RMB/ton, an increase of 8 RMB/ton compared with the price on July 14, an increase of 0.30%, and a year-on-year decrease of 4.77%.

Analysis review

The support for urea from upstream cost side is general, downstream agricultural purchases of urea are on demand, and industrial demand is based on rigid demand. India released a new round of bidding information, which boosted market confidence. Some factories in Inner Mongolia, Shandong and Anhui have been overhauled, the daily production of urea has dropped, and the supply pressure has eased.

Market outlook

In the market outlook, it is expected that the domestic urea market price may bottom out and the average market price will be around 2,650 RMB/ton.
