Analysis review
It can be seen from the data monitoring chart of SunSirs that from August to 24th (8.1-8.24), the overall domestic dimethyl carbonate market showed a trend of first rising and then falling. In the first ten days of August, the inventory of dimethyl carbonate in the field was low, and the supply side supported the market's focus all the way up. As of August 14, the domestic ex-factory price of dimethyl carbonate was 7,566 RMB/ton, an increase of more than 7% in half a month. In the second half of August, the transaction in the dimethyl carbonate market turned weak, the trading atmosphere was general, and under the influence of insufficient demand support, starting from the 15th, the dimethyl carbonate market gradually moved down, and some factories began to sell at profit-cutting. As of August 24, the domestic ex-factory price of dimethyl carbonate was around 6,400-7,000 RMB/ton, down 1.42% within the month. At present, the atmosphere in the dimethyl carbonate market is still relatively light, and the market is mainly running in consolidation.
In terms of upstream propylene oxide, from August 1 to 24 (8.1-8.24), the overall domestic propylene oxide market showed a volatile operation. Market outlook
At present, the atmosphere in the dimethyl carbonate field is general, and the market is stable and running. The dimethyl carbonate data engineer of SunSirs believes that in the short term, the domestic dimethyl carbonate market will adjust and operate within a narrow range, and the specific trend needs to pay more attention to the news changes on the supply and demand side.
