Analysis review

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of this Friday, the mainstream quotation in the propylene (Shandong) market was 7,300-7,350 RMB/ton. Market transactions were active, companies sold goods smoothly, and prices rose along with the trend. It is understood that many sets of propylene plants in China were shut down for maintenance, and the contradiction between supply and demand was alleviated. In addition, stockpiling before the Mid-Autumn Festival further promoted the rise of propylene prices.

Upstream: This week, the overall raw material market rose mainly, and the support of raw materials was acceptable. The increase in propylene exceeded that of raw materials, which showed that the support role of downstream demand was obvious.

Downstream: Downstream derivatives rose and fell, some products rose considerably, the enthusiasm for starting construction increased, and the purchase of propylene increased. The main downstream polypropylene market needed to be improved, and the procurement of propylene was insufficient. Driven by the gold market in September, the price of propylene had risen.
