On September 9, India's urea import bidding was launched, and a total of 2.251 million tons were received. The lowest price on the West Coast was 668.15 US dollars/ton CFR, and the lowest price on the East Coast was 675.25 US dollars/ton CFR.
In this tender, India is seeking to buy about 1 million tons of urea. The lowest price on the east coast is roughly equivalent to 4,260 RMB/ton from Shandong, 4,210 RMB/ton from Shanxi, 4,300 RMB/ton from Hebei, and 4,140 RMB/ton from Ordos.
This time, the price difference between the internal and external disks was about 1,700-1900 RMB/ton, which greatly boosted market confidence. However, domestic urea exports are still subject to legal inspection, and customs clearance time and export quantity are limited.
