The domestic rapeseed price in Jiangsu Yancheng area is about 5.16 RMB per kilogram, and the Anhui area is about 4.6 RMB per kilogram.

Oil World reports that the global soybean and rapeseed production in 2019/20 will be significantly reduced, with year-on-year decreases of 19 million tons and 3 million tons respectively.
