On October 28, the average reference factory price of 140g corrugated base paper was 3,290 RMB/ ton, up 0.18% compared with the average price at the beginning of the month (3,284 RMB/ ton on October 1).

After the National Day holiday, the domestic waste paper price stopped falling and recovered. After the festival, the production of major paper mills has gradually increased, so the demand for waste paper has also risen. Paper mills all over the country have raised the price of waste paper. With the arrival of the demand side peak season in the fourth quarter, especially the e-commerce shopping festival and New Year's Day and other holidays, the market demand will rise significantly compared with other months, so the demand for raw waste paper will rise.

Leading paper enterprises shut down frequently in the third quarter, reducing the supply of finished paper and improving the supply and demand pattern of the industry.
