According to statistics from the China Iron and Steel Association, in late October 2022, key statistics steel manufacturers produced a total of 22.3203 million tons of crude steel, 20.8567 million tons of pig iron, and 23.178 million tons of steel.

Among them, the daily output of crude steel was 2,029,100 tons, a decrease of 1.73% month-on-month; the daily output of pig iron was 1,896,100 tons, an increase of 1.13% month-on-month; the daily output of steel was 210.71 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 2.68%.
