Domestic market: The wholesale markets in Shandong have resumed business, and a small peak of sales has begun at the end of the year, and the supply of dried and fresh pupae is tight. Last week, a total of 933 tons of fresh frozen and wet and dry silkworm chrysalis were sold nationwide (based on the shipments of 90% of the country’s silk reeling companies and 95% of the country’s silkworm chrysalis wholesalers). The wholesale price of fresh chrysalis is generally 11,000-12,000 RMB/ Ton, C-grade silkworm chrysalis 9200-9700 RMB/ton, up 200 RMB/ton from last week.
The loading price of fresh pupae in Guangxi and Guangdong factories: about 11,000 RMB/ton for grade A, about 10,700 RMB/ton for grade B, and about 8,200-9,200 RMB/ton for grade C and D. The basic loading price of Guangxi factory is between 9000-10800 RMB/ton, which is 200 RMB/ton higher than last week.
Dry and wet chrysalis: Domestic sales of grade A are 7,200 RMB/ton, grade B is 6,800 RMB/ton, grade C is 6,000 RMB/ton, and the price is 600 RMB/ton higher than last week.
