On November 18, the early morning market of BR was running at a low level. The market transactions were light, and the low level of the business offer was slightly adjusted. To sum up, the domestic BR market reported 11,150-11,700 RMB/ ton on November 18, and the mainstream market of private enterprises reported 10,700-11,000 RMB/ ton.
