Compared with October, the growth rate of raw coal and crude oil accelerated, while the growth rate of natural gas and electricity slowed down.
Crude oil production grew steadily, and imports maintained rapid growth. In November, 16.78 million tons of crude oil were produced, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%, and the growth rate was 0.4 percentage points faster than the previous month, with an average daily output of 559,000 tons. Imported crude oil was 46.74 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.8%, and the growth rate slowed down by 2.3 percentage points from the previous month.

The growth rate of crude oil processing slowed down slightly. In November, 59.61 million tons of crude oil were processed, a year-on-year increase of 0.3%, and the growth rate slowed down by 0.5 percentage points from the previous month, with an average daily processing of 1.987 million tons. From January to November, 615.99 million tons of crude oil were processed, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%.
The growth rate of natural gas production fell, and the decline in imports narrowed significantly. In November, the production of natural gas was 18.9 billion cubic meters, an increase of 8.6% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 3.7 percentage points lower than that of the previous month. The average daily output was 630 million cubic meters. Imported natural gas was 10.32 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%, and the rate of decline narrowed by 14.5 percentage points from the previous month.
