The latest data shows that in the first seven months of 2024, Vietnam exported a total of 391,000 tons of natural rubber, a year-on-year increase of 4% from 376,000 tons last year. Among them, standard rubber exports were 234,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.5%, including 99,000 tons of SVR10 exports, 68,000 tons of SVR3L exports, and 39,000 tons of SVRCV60 exports; smoked sheet rubber exports were 33,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3%; latex exports were 126,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 34%.
From January to July, Vietnam exported a total of 505,000 tons of mixed rubber, a year-on-year decrease of 23% from 658,000 tons last year. Among them, SVR3L mixed exports were 102,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 42%; SVR10 mixed exports were 400,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16%; RSS3 mixed exports were 4,100 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 54%.
From January to July, Vietnam exported 104,000 tons of natural rubber to China, an increase of 11% year-on-year from 94,000 tons last year.
From January to July, Vietnam exported 505,000 tons of mixed rubber to China, a decrease of 23% year-on-year from 656,000 tons last year. Among them, SVR3L mixed exports were 102,000 tons, a decrease of 41% year-on-year; SVR10 mixed exports were 400,000 tons, a decrease of 16% year-on-year; RSS3 mixed exports were 3,500 tons, a decrease of 55% year-on-year.
Overall, in the first seven months, Vietnam exported 896,000 tons of natural rubber and mixed rubber, a decrease of 13.3% year-on-year from 1.034 million tons last year; and a total of 609,000 tons were exported to China, a decrease of 19% year-on-year from 750,000 tons last year.
