SunSirs: From October 1st to 20th, Brazil Exported 5.893 Million Tons of Corn
October 26 2023 10:22:31     According to Secex's statistical data, from October 1st to 20th, Brazil exported 5.893 million tons of corn, compared to 6.785 million tons for the entire month of last October.
As of the week of the 20th, Brazil's corn exports were 1.904 million tons, higher than the previous week's 1.642 million tons, but still lower than the first week of October's 2.347 million tons of exports.
The daily average corn export volume so far this month is 420958 tons, an increase of 17.9% from 357109 tons in the same period last year.
So far this month, Brazil's corn exports have reached 1.33 billion US dollars, and in October of last year, exports earned 1.91 billion US dollars in foreign exchange.
The average price of Brazilian corn exports has dropped by 19.6% year-on-year so far this month, from $281.3 per ton in October last year to $226.1 per ton.
