The weekly crushing report released by the US Department of Agriculture shows that for the week ending February 23, 2024, the US soybean crushing profit was $1.78 per bushel, a 23% decrease from the previous week's $2.30 per bushel. As a reference, the average crushing profit in 2023 is $3.29 per bushel.
