SunSirs: The Restart of Installations of some Domestic BDO Enterprises was Delayed.
October 08 2024 15:40:41     The first phase of Shaanxi Chemical BDO's 30,000 tons/year unit is in a shutdown state; the second phase of the 100,000 tons/year unit will be shut down on September 23. The restart time is to be determined, and BDO is mainly used for its own use.
Shaanxi Guorong Chemical's 60,000 tons/year BDO unit has been shut down. The restart time has not yet been determined, and BDO has stopped spot sales.
Xinjiang Meike Chemical's Phase I 60,000 tons/year and Phase IV 100,000 tons/year production lines are operating relatively stably. Phases II and III of 100,000 tons units are currently shut down, and no quotation is available for spot goods.
Xinjiang Xinye's first-phase 60,000-ton/year BDO unit was inspected on August 30, and the restart time was postponed to mid-to-late October; the second-phase 140,000-ton unit is expected to produce products in mid-to-late October.
Xinjiang Tianye's 210,000 tons/year BDO device has a capacity of 60,000 tons, and the load of the 60,000 tons device is operating at 50-60%. 3+6+6 million tons has not been restarted. There is currently no offer for spot goods, actual orders will be negotiated.
Henan Energy Hebi Coal Chemical Industry's 100,000 tons/year BDO unit will be shut down for inspection on July 10, and the restart time has not yet been determined.
Henan Kaixiang's 110,000-ton BDO plant was shut down on September 2 due to the shortage of safety extension certification equipment and the promotion of full-process automation transformation of the hydrogenation process. It is expected to be one month.
Inner Mongolia 3D's 300,000 tons/year BDO device is operating relatively stably, and there is no quotation for spot goods.
Dalian Hengli's first-phase 300,000-ton BDO unit is being shut down; the second-phase 300,000-ton BDO unit has produced qualified products, with a load of around 50%, and is mainly for self-use.
