SunSirs: Copper Closed Down on November 6th
November 07 2024 14:03:30     SunSirs (John)On November 6th, the price of copper futures in Shanghai fell slightly. The main contract 2412 closed at 76,770 RMB/ton, down 670 RMB/ton or 0.87%.
At 3:00 pm on the same day, the March copper price in London was 9,560.00 US dollars per ton, and the ratio of Shanghai to London was 8.03, higher than the previous trading day's 7.98. The decline in Shanghai copper futures was smaller than that in the London market.
All contracts were executed in 236,113 lots, and the position increased by 926 lots to 416,387 lots. The main contract sold 123,249 lots, and the position decreased by 4,069 lots to 165,392 lots.
