SunSirs: Brazil's Soybean Exports in October Decreased 16% Year-on-year

Secex data shows that Brazil's soybean exports declined in October, indicating that after months of strong growth, Brazil's soybean export supply is starting to tighten. From October 1st to 31st, Brazil's soybean exports amounted to 4.71 million tons, a decrease of 15.9% compared to the export volume of 5.6 million tons in October last year.

The daily average soybean export volume in October was 214,090 tons, a decrease of 15.9% compared to the same period last year.

The soybean export revenue in October was 2.01 billion US dollars, compared to 2.93 billion US dollars in October last year.

The average export price of soybeans in October was 427.6 US dollars per ton, a decrease of 18.3% compared to the same period last year.

As a comparison, Brazil's soybean exports in September were 6.11 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.5%.

In August, Brazil's soybean exports were 8.04 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.1%.

In July, Brazil's soybean exports reached 11.25 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 16%.

In June, Brazil's soybean exports were 13.95 million tons, an increase of 1.5% year-on-year.

In May, Brazil exported 13.45 million tons of soybeans, a decrease of 13.7% compared to the same period last year.
