SunSirs: Some Domestic BDO Enterprises still Stopped on February 6

The first phase of Shaanxi BDO was stopped in early August 2024, and the restart time was not determined; the second phase was running stably.

Shaanxi Guorong 60,000 tons/year BDO device was stopped in mid-April 2024, and the restart time is not yet determined.

The third phase of the BDO device of Xinjiang Meike Chemical was stopped, and the first phase 24 device was operating normally.

Xinjiang Tianye's 210,000 tons/annual capacity BDO devices were all stopped at the end of September, and the restart time was not determined.

Henan Energy Hebi Coal Chemical 100,000 tons/year BDO device, the entire factory was suspended for inspection on July 10, 2024, and the restart time is not yet determined.

Henan Kaixiang's 110,000-ton BDO device is operating stably, mainly supplying downstream PBT, PBAT and other self-use and contracts, with no quotation in spot stock.

Inner Mongolia Huaheng has three sets of 104,000 tons of BDO devices each. One of them is in the parking space and two sets of devices operate stably.

The 300,000-ton BDO device of the first phase of Dalian Hengli is being stopped; the 300,000-ton BDO device of the second phase of Dalian Hengli has produced qualified products, with a load of around 50%, mainly for self-use.

Sichuan Wanhua's annual output of 60,000 tons will be installed on December 10, 2024. The BDO and downstream products will be suspended for maintenance and will be restarted near January 10.

The load of two 3D units of Inner Mongolia 150,000 tons per year is 60-70%.

The load of the 300,000 tons/year BDO device in Inner Mongolia Junzheng has dropped to around 70%, and the downstream PTMEG is mainly used for self-use.
