SunSirs: Copper Closed Higher on March 5th

On March 5th, the price of copper futures in Shanghai rose slightly. The main contract 2504 closed at 77,510 RMB/ton, up 360 RMB/ton or 0.47%. At 3:00 pm on the same day, the March copper price in London was 9,447.50 US dollars per ton, and the ratio of Shanghai to London was 8.20, lower than the previous trading day's 8.21. The increase in Shanghai copper futures was smaller than that in the London market.

All contracts were traded in 199,151 lots, and the position increased by 12,893 lots to 491,905 lots. The main contract sold 90,837 lots, and the position increased by 5,831 lots to 167,221 lots.
