SunSirs: Brazil’s Soybean Exports are Expected to Reach 14.47 Million Tons in April 2025
April 18 2025 14:30:56     SunSirs (Selena)ANEC stated that Brazil's soybean exports in April 2025 will reach 14.47 million tons, which is 1.22 million tons or 9.2% higher than the estimated 13.25 million tons a week ago. If this prediction comes true, it will increase by 1.02 million tons or 7.6% compared to 13.45 million tons in April last year.
ANEC stated that Brazil's soybean exports in April ranged from 13.9 million tons to 15.04 million tons, with an average of 14.47 million tons.
In March, Brazil's soybean exports were 16.1 million tons, higher than the 13.55 million tons in March last year.
In the first four months of this year, Brazil's total soybean exports amounted to 41 million tons, nearly half of the annual export volume of 97.3 million tons in 2024.
ANEC announced last week that Brazil exported 26.95 million tons of soybeans in the first quarter of 2025, a year-on-year increase of 1.4 million tons or 5.5%. ANEC stated that Brazil's soybean exports reached a record high in the first quarter, with China's share increasing to 77% (compared to 73% in the same period last year).
