SunSirs: On July 5, the Domestic Rare Earth Market Price Index Fell

Price trend

On July 5, the rare earth index was 838 points, down 1 point from previous day, down 16.78% from the highest point in the cycle (1,007 points on 2022-02-24), and up 209.23% from the lowest point of 271 points on September 13, 2015. (Note: The cycle refers to 2011-12-01 to the present)

Analysis review

The trend of domestic rare earth index declined, and the price trend of domestic light rare earth praseodymium and neodymium series declined. The price of Pr-Nd alloy fell by 5,000 RMB/ton to 1.125 million RMB/ton, the price of praseodymium neodymium oxide fell by 5,000 RMB/ton to 917,500 RMB/ton, the price of neodymium oxide was 970,000 RMB/ton, and the price of neodymium metal fell by 5,000 RMB/ton to 1.18 million RMB/ton, the price of praseodymium oxide fell by 5,000 RMB/ton to 962,500 RMB/ton, the price of praseodymium metal was 1.23 million RMB/ton, the price of dysprosium oxide was 2.48 million RMB/ton, and the price of dysprosium metal was 3.22 million RMB/ton / ton, the price of Dy-Fe alloy was 2.445 million RMB/ton.

The domestic market price of light rare earths has declined slightly. The recent purchases have been general. The price of dysprosium series in the domestic heavy rare earth market has declined, and the price of terbium series has fallen. The downstream purchases are mainly on demand, and Myanmar has banned exports.

Market outlook

It is expected that the domestic rare earth market price may decline slightly in the later period.
