On November 29, the domestic urea price was 2798 RMB/ton, and the overall price was temporarily stable, which was the same as that on November 28, with a year-on-year increase of 12.82%.
Analysis review
The price of upstream Yangquan anthracite (washing medium block) was about 1,630 RMB/ton, with high price consolidation and good cost support. From the perspective of demand: the downstream had a strong wait-and-see atmosphere for high priced urea, and it is mainly purchased by rigid demand. From the aspect of supply: environmental protection inspection in Shanxi Province, the resumption of work was delayed, the gas head enterprise stopped for maintenance, and the daily urea output was about 150,000 tons.
Market outlook
In the future, it is expected that the domestic urea market price will fall slightly in shock, with the average market price at about 2770 RMB/ton.
