Price trend

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the price of orthoboric acid slightly increased in September. As of September 28th, the average market price of orthoboric acid in China was 7,475 RMB/ton, an increase of 1.15% compared to the beginning of the month. However, compared to the average market price of 8,100 RMB/ton at the beginning of the year, it was a decrease of 7.72%.

Analysis review

As of the end of September, the external quotations for imported orthoboric acid sources were concentrated at 7,800-8,500 RMB/ton (the actual transaction prices of different brands, specifications, and products were mainly negotiated). According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the average market price of imported orthoboric acid was 8,207.14 RMB/ton, an increase of 6.34% compared to the average market price at the beginning of the month.

The correlation between the price of orthoboric acid and the glass market was relatively small in the past year.
