On December 4th, the PA market in Jiangsu Province remained weak and consolidated, with downstream factories maintaining their demand for essential purchases. The mainstream price for OX method PA was negotiated at 6,500-6,700 RMB/ton, while the mainstream price for naphthalene based sources was negotiated at 6,300-6,500 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
The production load of PA manufacturers was stable, and there has been sufficient spot supply in the domestic PA market recently. The price of raw material OX has fluctuated and stabilized, while the downstream plasticizer market has fluctuated and fallen. Downstream purchased mainly on demand.
