Price trend
According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the domestic TDI market prices have been fluctuating at a low level recently. As of March 31st, the domestic TDI prices were around 11,600-12,000 RMB/ton, while the Shanghai prices were around 12,000-12,300 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
The factory settlement prices have been gradually introduced, further suppressing market confidence. The market was in a situation where supply exceeded demand, and traders had a strong intention to sell at low prices. At the same time, demand was flat and transaction volume was low.
Market outlook
It is expected that the TDI market will operate weakly at low prices in the short term.
