According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on January 21, 2026, there were a total of 48 commodities that showed a year-on-year increase in commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical sector (28 in total) and the rubber and plastic sector (4 in total). The top three commodities with the highest increase were lithium hydroxide (battery grade) (4.83%), lithium hydroxide (4.35%), and lithium carbonate industrial grade (2.61%). There were a total of 43 products that experienced a month on month decline, mainly in the chemical industry (14 in total) and rubber and plastic (6 in total). The top three products with the highest decline were thionyl chloride (-2.33%), liquid ammonia (-1.27%), and propylene oxide (-1.21%).
