Price trend
On February 8th, the price of soda ash in Central China remained stable, with mainstream market prices for light soda ash ranging from 1,350-1,450 RMB/ton. Compared to the price on February 5th, the price was reduced by 30 RMB/ton; The mainstream market price for heavy soda ash was around 1,400-1,500 RMB/ton, with a price reduction of 100 RMB/ton compared to the price on January 13th.
Analysis review
The utilization rate of soda ash production capacity was relatively high, with accumulated inventory after the holiday. The total market inventory was sufficient, and enterprises actively shipped. Downstream consumers mainly consumed inventory, resulting in average demand for soda ash.

In the short term, the soda ash market in central China is operating weakly and steadily.
