
The latest ANRPC report for November 2025 forecasts that global natural rubber production will decrease by 2.6% to 1.474 million tons in November, a 1.5% decrease compared to the previous month; natural rubber consumption is expected to decrease by 1.4% to 1.248 million tons, a 0.9% decrease compared to the previous month. For the first eleven months of the year, cumulative global natural rubber production is expected to increase by 2% to 13.375 million tons, while cumulative consumption is expected to decrease by 1.7% to 13.932 million tons.
Global natural rubber production in 2025 is expected to increase by 1.3% year-on-year to 14.892 million tons. This includes increases of 1.2% in Thailand, a decrease of 4.3% in Indonesia, an increase of 6% in China, an increase of 5.6% in India, a decrease of 1.3% in Vietnam, a decrease of 4.2% in Malaysia, an increase of 5.6% in Cambodia, an increase of 5.3% in Myanmar, and an increase of 3.5% in other countries.
Global natural rubber consumption in 2025 is expected to increase by 0.8% year-on-year to 15.565 million tons. This includes increases of 2.5% in China, 3.4% in India, 6.1% in Thailand, a decrease of 19.3% in Indonesia, an increase of 2.6% in Malaysia, an increase of 1.5% in Vietnam, an increase of 6.7% in Sri Lanka, a significant increase of 110.3% in Cambodia, and a decrease of 3.5% in other countries.
The report notes that unstable weather and weak demand led to supply concerns in November, putting pressure on natural rubber prices. Market sentiment for the year remains mixed, with signs of recovery in tire trade in some regions.
