Recently, although paper mills in various regions have resumed production and work, the operating rate has not fully recovered, so the inventory of waste paper in paper mills is still relatively sufficient. In addition, after resuming work, the packaging station has been more active in shipping waste paper, resulting in an increase in the amount of waste paper received by the paper mill. In a state of oversupply, the price of waste paper has been lowered.

Therefore, the probability of a market decline may be relatively high.
